Domestic & International Orders:

  • To cancel, email us at ethnicsland@gmail.com within 24 hours.

  • Cancellations are accepted if:

    • Post-processing hasn’t started.

    • Artisans haven’t started custom work.

    • No Fall/Pico or Blouse stitching has been done.

We’ll confirm your cancellation if the conditions above are met and process a refund.

1. Authenticity of Handloom Sarees

All our sarees are handwoven by skilled artisans. These are not factory-made or machine-printed products. As a result, slight variations in color tones, motifs, and weaving patterns may occur from piece to piece.

These are not imperfections — they are customised, handwoven sarees made on the loom and serve as proof of their authenticity and craftsmanship.

2. Color & Lighting Differences

The product photographs on our website are clicked by our artisans from the interiors of India using their regular cameras. They may appear slightly different in real life due to variations in lighting conditions and screen resolutions.

Such differences are completely normal with handloom sarees. Rest assured, the saree you receive is the same as shown in the pictures, and if you take photos under similar lighting, it will look just like the website images.

3. Uniqueness of Each Piece

Every saree is freshly woven, making each one unique and one-of-a-kind. Customers should understand that identical replication, as in factory-made products, is not possible with authentic handloom.

4. Pre-shipment Quality Check

For quality assurance, Ethnics Land records photographs and videos of all products before shipping. These are maintained for our internal reference and to keep everything on record.

5. Shipping & Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, sometimes couriers may take extra time or face unavoidable delays due to natural events (such as heavy rains, floods, or other unforeseen circumstances). These are factors beyond our control and not considered service failure.

6. Processing Time for Handloom Sarees

As these are handloom sarees, each piece undergoes a proper quality check of fabrics, ensuring no defects before shipping. This process may take additional time compared to factory-made products. We appreciate your patience as this ensures you receive only the best-quality sarees.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations and refunds are not accepted on the basis of:

    • Personal preference (e.g., “I like/don’t like the saree after receiving it”).

    • Natural handloom variations in weave, motifs, or minor shade differences.

    • Slight differences due to lighting in product photos versus natural light.

    Refunds or cancellations will only be considered in the following cases:

    • Genuine product defects.

    • Wrong items shipped.

    • If a saree is completely different in color from what was shown on the website or confirmed before shipping.

    All claims must be supported with proof (photos/videos).

By purchasing from Ethnics Land, customers acknowledge and accept these natural handloom variations, quality checks, and potential shipping delays as part of the authentic handloom experience.
