  2. Dispatch Timeline: Orders ship within 1-4 business days. Custom orders may take longer; we’ll keep you updated.

  3. Delivery Estimate: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days post-dispatch. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.

International Shipping:

  1. Coverage: Flat Rs. 3500 for single-product orders. For multiple products, email us at ethnicsland@gmail.com for a customized quote.

  2. Dispatch Timeline: Orders ship within 7-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer, with regular updates shared.

  3. Delivery Estimate: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days post-dispatch. Tracking information will be shared.

Exchange Policy

We take great care in quality-checking every product, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow our exchange process below:

Domestic:

  1. Request Window: Email ethnicsland@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and a product photo.

  2. Eligibility: Exchanges are only for wrong items, incorrect sizes, or damaged goods.

  3. Verification & Process: Upon confirmation, a replacement will be dispatched once the item is returned. Please do not accept packages with visible damage.

  4. Return Shipping: Initiate returns within 7 working days. Return shipping is customer-managed.

  5. Need Help?: If you have any questions or uncertainties, please feel free to contact us before making a purchase. We’re here to help you make the right choice!

Returns/Exchanges are not accepted if the item is used, washed, tampered with, customized, or requested after the 3-day window.

International:

  4. Return Shipping: International returns are customer-managed; shipping charges are non-refundable.
